4.1 - Intro to Raw Pasta
Yes, it's this simple...! With cooked pasta, you buy a box of pasta, right?! With raw pasta, you "spiralize" a veggie so it looks and feels kinda like pasta. (We're improvising here, I'd say! But it's yummy in any case!)
USUALLY your best bet is zucchini or squash, but you can also use other veggies like carrots or beets if you're feeling daring and a little extra crunchy. ha! And there is even the option of buying {sea veggie kelp noodles like these}.
